Important Announcement: Retirement Notice

To all my valued clients,

I am writing to share that after many wonderful years of caring for your feet, I have made the difficult decision to retire due to health reasons. As a result, Downland Foot Care is no longer accepting new clients, and I will be winding down my services.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to all of my current and past clients. It has been an absolute privilege to visit your homes, support your health, and get to know you over the years. Thank you for your trust, your loyalty, and the wonderful conversations we shared in your living rooms.

What this means for current clients:

Remaining appointments: I will contact you individually if we need to discuss any currently scheduled visits.
Medical records: In line with professional insurance standards, your treatment notes will continue to be stored securely for 8 years.

Why I keep it: To ensure your treatments are safe and to meet my professional insurance requirements.

How long I keep it: I securely store your medical records for 8 years after your last treatment.

Your Rights: Your data is private. I only share it if necessary for your care (e.g., with your GP). You have the right to see your records at any time.
